Cancellation policy

Full refund for cancellations 30+ days before check-in (plus a 24-hour grace period from time of booking)
50% refund for cancellations 14–30 days before check-in
No refund for cancellations inside 14 days
If your dates are rebooked at the same rate, you'll receive a full refund minus processing fees
